Finally found a workaround. If I 'X' out of the Welcome screen (where it prompts for the login), and then launch the software again, it auto logs in. Strange, but it works! Thanks

Thanks Stewart for your reply. I am using the SuperUser account and Disable Auto Login is shown in the dropdown as per your post. Maybe it's a Windows 10 thing then :(

Hi, Since upgrading to ver 3.1 of Hikvision's iVMS-4200 software, I've noticed that the application logs me out after I've locked my Windows PC and then returned to it. I check the auto-login option but that doesn't make any difference. Does anyone know how to prevent it from logging me out...
