AX PRO Hikvision AX Pro Alarm - Sounder Connectivity?
Hello, I'm trying to update my Outdoor Sounder DS-PS1-E-WE (FW 1.0.20 build 202803) to FW 1.4.0 build 230421. AxPro is running 1.3.0 build 250210. When I install the DS-PS1-E-WE_V1.4.0_build230421.tar for the update, I get the error: The sub-device has a version too low to support this... -

with V5.7.11, Note -> Does not support rollback to versions prior to 5.7.11 I don't know if with v5.7.12 if a return to the previous version is possible... Personally, I stay for the moment in v5.7.3 or v5.7.10 (depending on the model of my cameras/NVR) -
