Door Entry Hikvision DS-KV8213 is disconnecting after some time
I have the same problem with my 8113 unit. Latest firmware loaded, cable lenght is about 80m, powered up by Hikvision poe switch - It disconnects after a few hours sometimes days... no clue what a root cause might be... :| Has anyone solved this issue?
