    Am I missing something? I can see ISUP in HC but not on the DVR. The only protocol available on the DVR is Hik-Connect. According to the manual, the K4 models need firmware version 4.30 or higher to use Ehome 5.0/ISUP. The latest firmware version for this DVR is 4.20.002. :(
