I've just tried moving it to the root of the c: drive and the same error message comes back; Not entirely sure I want to try the Batch config tool. I think for now I'll leave them alone for now if the firmware has only just appeared.

Will do of course.. I thought I had, the "HiLook" folder has model marks that far closer resemble mine; However these didn't work either :( I did get a response from my supplier who simply said that these cameras aren't meant to be firmware updated, which isn't useful (or accurate).
