To me, the latest version available to download at HikPartner Pro is 1.2.9, the same I downgrade manually. Does the newest one appear to you? 1.3.0 build 241205?

Thanks for the advice, I did the same thing of letting the battery drain but when I connected it, it didn't update to the latest version, nor did it eliminate the SIM error. Maybe because I downgraded previously. Maybe my only way to fix it would be to update to the latest version manually, But...

I had the same problem when upgrading to version 1.3. 0 build 241115. I searched and downloaded firmware 1.2.9 on hik partner pro and downgraded manually from pc browser, it works fine now but it says sim card has been removed all the time. Now the funny thing is that in system settings it says...
