Hi, I have the same issue with this doorstation and DS-KV6113-WPE connected to NVR DS-7604NI-K1(C). Have you managed to fix this? It is really annoying and unreliable. I do not want to give up and disconnect the outdoor station from the NVR.

This really helped me, I have been struggling for days trying to figure out how to add cameras connected to my NVR. However, I really dislike that I have to disable encryption key in HikConnect platform access configuration. This is something that I want to avoid so I hope they will add support...
