Hey The doorbell get either 12V DC or PoE connection. If you use the old doorbell system it can be that you have 8 to 36V from the transformer but AC! You either need to have a AC to DC converter or use PoE or the Doorbell won't work at all. BR

Hey all, Feedback from my side. I managed to connect it to my Doorbell which is an electric one. The NO/COM is connected the doorbell which is running on a 8V/AC transformer. On rare occasion, it seems sometime not to work but I couldn't recreate the situation and it only happened one time. BR
