Could you give me a step by step instruction for example like; go to Router sign in page go to port forwarding tab then change ip to 175.157.9.107 or whatever else is correct ip

This link has all screenshots of all current settings of the DVR and Router. So far have used no ip to setup hostname ddns. And set it up in DVR config page as well. But still no idea why when go from different network to ip to login to config page it will not connect only connects in LAN...
