I'm running V4.1.70 build 181114, due to the above I will stick with this for now. Updating my cameras fixed my previous sub-stream issue I was having. (V5.5.80 build 180911 now updated to V5.5.82 build 181211) Updates to the Hik websites are confusing for now, having checked both Euro and UK...

Installed Firmware v5.5.82 and can confirm the update fixed the sub-stream issue with v5.5.80 Going to update the NVR now I know the above has been fixed.

Hi Richard, I have just updated my NVR DS-7616NI-I2/16P to version 4.1.50 and can only see 3 out of 4 on the 2x2 view, each time i click in to the live view and go back then another one disappears. I'm using 4 DS-2CD2385FWD-I Turret cameras. I can still see the information when hovering over...
