Does anyone know why I cant change the volume settings on the door station? I get an 'invalid operation' message every time I try to adjust and save any of the audio settings. Ive upgraded, defaulted and still nothing. I'm certain it worked when I first installed it a year ago.

Same issue for a customer. Notifications are working perfect aswell as the screen capture of the motion but when I press playback I get the same message. If I try to view it through “playback” the event shows up but if I watch it, I get a message saying no record found. I’ve checked...
