Yes I did, Make sure the firmware is up to date and that resolved my issue. I think at the time of me installing this i was on 1 previous version and it still caused this issue. After the update all was good

On the nvr have you made sure to un-mute the camera on the live view? Not too sure about your LED issue but regardless I would update the camera firmware and see if that resolves your issues.
