NVR = DS-7616NI-Q! 8 port switch is dumb 10 port POE switches both Hik vision DS-3E0310P Dont need VLAN the cctv network have put on their own network at the gateway

I have inherited a hikvision cctv with 2 x 10 port Hikvision poe switches and 1 x dumb 8 port switch i think they are connected as per the diagram below is this the best way to hook them together or why cant i just connect the nvr to a spare port on one of the HK vision switches
