Hi, and thank you for any help. We have a HikVision iDS-7216HUHI-K2/4S(C) with firmware V4.27.000 Build 210702. When trying to playback footage on the DVR, it shows that chunks of video don't exist. However, we can see it on the phone app. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you!
