Are you trying to power the ptz directly at the camera, or are you powering it over a length of cable?

The manufacturer is called Adata, Qvis is they're trade brand and oyn-x is they're retail brand. You could try the app QVpro or 'explorer cctv'. These have worked for some other people who's app from the same manufacturer vanished off the app stores.
