Another 1.3 AX-Pro issue! Trying to add a keypad to an existing installation that’s running 1.3 firmware and it says the maximum number of devices has been reached. The system only has about 8 devices connected, so nowhere near the limit. Anyone seen this before? Does a reset clear...

I upgraded my alarm to 1.3 which had all sorts of issues, so downgraded via the web interface to 1.29. It retained all the panel settings except the sensors/fobs/sounders themselves. When adding the sensors back it said one already existed, but then added it anyway! I've added everything back in...

Worked for me in Chrome using my Hik Partner login. Although the downgrade kept the device name & deleted all my sensors!

Firmware 1.3 seems to be the common problem - my two systems are both doing strange things since the update, and Hik seem to have pulled it...
