I have the same problem. Everything is working like i want it. But the motion detection alarm doesn't want to take a pic or video. If somebody figured it out would love to hear a solution. Set up; Doorbell: DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) Indoor station: DS-KH6320-WTE1
