Great answer thanks. If I disable line crossing on all five cameras it still only allows intrusion on camera 1. Sure I’ve seen a document explaining what can be allowed depending on max camera resolution.

DS-7208HUHI-K2/P I seem to be able to set-up line crossing for all 5 cameras but only camera 1 allows intrusion. Any reason for this please?

Yes but fan noise from the Nvr maybe a problem.

Why do I keep getting this error when I try to update please?

If an Input is set up as a combination alarm will the input still be triggered by a hard wired connectio?

I'm still baffled by the different types of network cameras that Hikvision supply and I guess that I will never fully understand as they seem to be constantly updating their products. As I see it; Series 2 - Value Series/Pro Series Easy IP, WiFi Series 3 - ? Series 4 - ? Series 5 - Ultra...

So if a buy a K series Nvr it will be version 3?

Night image more important than day image? Any supplementary lighting?

Delete the app then reinstall it. I think you will get the option to save the password.
