Thats intresting I just updated a new KV6113-WPE1(C) on thursday and 30 minuites later it lost network connection I run POE and 12 volt to it but network lights up on switch powers up but SAPD and the indoor station did not find it. Just sent it back to supplier.

I have tried to add doorbells DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) and DS-KB88113-IME1(B) to a DS-7616NI-M2/16P with V5.04.050 build 250124 as Access Control Device it shows online but will not add.

If the DVR is 8channel you can run 4 IP cameras by changing the output to IP on the DVR and use a POE switch for the cameras

The power supply may have a LED light on but if you have a multimeter it should be 12 volt

when in live view if all you get is no video on the camera channels it may be the camera power supply not working

Problem solved Malwarebytes blocking video

I install cctv my PC is ok running V2.626 some customers have lost live view and 2 off the PCs in the office one had IVMS light then changed to V3IVMS devices connected an old DVR and a new NVR live view and playback is grayed out

But they are connected

we are having problem with ivms4200 on some windows10 PCs not getting live view devices are connected and on line can use device managment on DVRs/NVRs
