I don't know if it's any help but if you can get a fixed ip address ( using a VPN or some other method) it is simply a matter of entering the remote IP address of the camera in the address bar and you can access all the settings, live view and SD card if you have one. the REMOTE IP address can...

If you want to get rid of your ucam247 cameras I could take them off your hands. They still work for my needs. Email me on sheilatitchener@gmail.com.

If you can get a static IP address you don't need any software. Under System you will find the Internet URL. Just type it in to any browser! I'm in Portugal, I got my son to test it in London. It works.

If you can get a static IP you don't need any software. Just type the static IP followed by : then the port number( which can be found under System Gateway external port) into the browser address and bingo! e.g. 123.345.111.222:9999

I don't know the IP address so I will have to wait until I can get to where the cameras are. Presumably you need a static IP address otherwise if the router was rebooted it would change? I believe you can achieve this with a VPN.

Is it only available for Apple? I have Android. Can you give me the website URL. There are quite a few different references to Ucam Pro.

Thank you for the info. Can you access them initially without being on the camera network? Mine are in Portugal and I won't be there for a while.

I have 2 remote cameras also. I have installed Anyscene but it just says Connecting and never connects. My cameras were bought in 2014 and 2015. Maybe they are too old. The older one had to be connected to the router with a cable to upgrade whereas the newer one can be upgraded over wi-fi so...
