one site where we have cameras keep losing connection on for just one site, i can change the setting and the camera will work for 20 minutes and then goes offline for the device management web page. What could be the reason for this?
When I try to sign into the cameras on the HikConnect it comes up with this box asking me to sign in (See Attached) it has only just started doing this today.

Port forwarding is all set up and is working i can access the cameras on a browser form the other sites, just want to use the ivms 4200 client to view them on the desktop.
I was testing 'clould p2p device' way of connecting to the ivms 4200 software using the same login for...
I have used hik-connect account to login to connect the cameras, but all cameras come up with error openSDK(2028).
is they any better way to connect cameras?
Thanks for replying, So if i set up port forwarding on the router would i then be able to connect to the camera on a another site?
I changed the HTTP port from 80 to 81 and then back to 80, but can't seem to connection anymore via web browser, would i need to do anything to be able to re connect.

And how to set it up so you can view it on another network in a different location via web browser?
