Hi all, Sorry - another Firmware post. So I when I look at the Hikvision Tool to find my camera model(s) - I can see that a number of camera models are listed with a (C) and some without the C. Now I don't see a 'C' when I log on to my cameras. So does that mean my camera's are not the 'C'...

Hi all, I am trying to setup remote viewing on a DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B) NVR. Question is can I use the Hik-Connect or HiDDNS service on this NVR? As under Platform Access I can only see 'DynDNS, Peanut Hull and NO-IP'? Thanks

Hi all, So I was just having a play with one of my new cameras - DS-2CD2386G2-IU (G5) I have updated to the latest FW - But I don't see the option of 'White Light' under Smart Event > Linkage Method ...although the camera does appear to have a light physically built in? Thanks
