Love Hikvision response... "Contact your installer"... Someone has informed you of a major bug that literally locks you out of the device for upto 12 hours and your reaponse is.... "Contact your installer" I wasn't asking for advice, guidance or anything, i was simply TRYING to inform them...

Even replacing one device, having to delete it is silly... What if you have it setup with a link to a cctv... Aswell as perhapse numerous linked areas etc. User permissions for that device may also get removed.

Imagine 20/30 of these units all setup with their settings etc and your idea is to delete everyone that you replace the batteries for and then add them back afterwards... Yeah that's not happening is it..

Soooo.... One thing I've had happen... A device's battery ran out and had gone offline... Now lets say it was offsite and had no access to the property... At the moment because this device is offline and on its settings is the cannot arm with error etc. I actually can't disable it, access...

Just had prompt for AX Pro update.... V1.3.1....clicked upgrade.... Estimated 50 seconds, yeah.... 5 mins so far and still 0%.... Besides it not upgrading or even allowing a restartn(its upgrading apparently) any news on what's added.... Fixed....?

Hello all.... Recently the leak Detector worked a treat and fair enough i sorted it... BUT... when the leak Detector senses water it literally sends a stream of notifications to the hub and inturn to my phone.... About a 1 minute leak detection accrued 64 notifications....!!

This wouldn't be the disaster that is V1.3.0 update... Absolute car crash of an update. I have x2 ax pro's in separate environments and both are slower in reactive time, especially through hikconnect... Lots of errors, sim car error... I went to disarm via the none lcd panel and it was so...

Done... Not to worry. Turns out there is a glitch or something... Your supposed to "Double press" the reset button, but when you do it opens "AP Mode"... I eventually (don't know how) after countless times, messing etc... Double pressed it and it said "Unbind mode"... All done anyway.
