Are you trying to reset it via the physical reset button on the back of the unit and have you followed these steps to do so? If you send the XML file to your supplier, they should be able to send it to Hikvision Support to get the reset file quickly too.

Hi @Srdjan - we can't say for sure as the DS-KH6220-LE1 was made EOL a few years ago, so we can't test it, but they should be compatible. In any case, I would recommend one of the below current models, which are the most affordable and still receiving firmware updates...

You should be able to connect two displays directly to the NVR to show different cameras, most will have an HDMI and a VGA port to do so (one display via HDMI, one via VGA). Some NVRs may have 2 HDMI ports too, to connect both via HDMI. This video shows how to do it, but it's worth checking...
