Of course. The auto DNS box is ticked. The preferred DNS server is 192.168.1.1 and the alternate DNS server box is blank (although there is a a green tick next to it)

The faulty camera in question (along with 4 others that are working fine) is plugged into an separate PoE switch in an outbuilding. So I’m guessing it’s a different process to re-add it?

Superstar, thank you! I won’t be able to attempt this until I have someone who can help foot the ladders etc, but I’ll keep you posted. Once it’s reset (hopefully it’ll work) how do I re-add it to my NVR / portal / app etc?

Thank you. Ok. Have done the first part and the cameras are now back on the app I’ve logged out and have gone to add it again. As well as the address (I presume IP?) it does ask for a port. So I’ll put 8000. It also asks for username (which is already populated with “admin”) and a password...
