Hikvision UK tell me that the latest tested and approved FW for the 8003 door station is v2.0.8 build191029 and the latest for the indoor stations is v2.1.2 build191014. I'm not hearing any noise.

@riffraff55 are you opening SADP Tool while iVMS-4200 is open? Try closing the latter as SADP has a habit, especially on my Mac, of delivering a greyed-out zero when devices are being claimed by another app.

Thanks but my problem turned out to be more basic. My installer had assigned different passwords to my indoor stations without telling me.

All my 25fps main stream RTSP feeds open quickly in VLC apart from my DS-KD8003-IME1 video intercom door station camera which can take over 30 seconds to open. Anyone know if this is fixable? (Using a real static IP, very fast connections and a Mac.)

After updating the firmware/rebooting did you hit the 'Restore All' button under the device's System Maintenance tab?

Glad you found it. Are you saying that your camera doesn't have an Advanced Network settings tab in iVMS-4200?
