I’m in a similar boat. Except if I pull back the area the headlights hit it’ll mean im no longer covering my driveway. So frustrating. With min and max boxes how can it not tell the difference? I thought it is supposed to detect humans and cars?

Ah I see thanks for confirming. I know there is something like a light led setting that’s on the camera and not in the Nvr (?) and was just wondering if that was the same in this case too. Thanks for letting me know.

Can’t give any advice sorry but I had this issue earlier in the year and it turned out to be hikvisions side. For what it’s worth my notifications are working fine so at least it helps you pin point it’s something your side. What, I don’t know sorry but hope it helps.

Thought I had updated this holiday must have taken over. Was 100% their side as it worked the next day. Thank goodness for that!
