Prior to update, Human and Vehicle were enabled, after update H and V were disabled so that to have all events "Other" than Human. This is Motion VCA search(by Rule) before(v5.7.15) and after(v5.7.19) update. There are no Motion after 10:35am. Not even the Human at 11:48am This is Motion...

Set now to 0 for both Human and Vehicle and also disabled AcuSearch. Metadata all enabled Go on testing....

I don't know if they read our posts... Others, as I believe, means ALL, as you mention above. What I have noticed till now, two hours of timeline, there are no "others" even at Smart Events, where Human detection is OK and perfect. I'll go on testing to check if that's my fault... I do see...

They have added a new selection checkbox, but only for VCA Smart Events-Rule-Detection Target, called "Others". This is unfortunately missing from Motion Detection event configuration... Testing for the moment but for more than an hour of timeline, this firmware also does not pass the Motion...

Does this also happens on non-PTZ cameras? My cameras are not PTZ and by selecting the PTZ icon I see 256 Presets. Not working of course. This is Android version 6.7.50.1204

This is the release notes for firmware V4.83.010 build24118 which is prior to V4.83.011 but was never uploaded on NXI-K web page. I suppose V4.83.011 includes every fix, improvement and optimization of V4.83.010...

What could this message, I mentioned above, could mean in Normal Playback after performing a Smart Search, by drawing the rule area and Human or Vehicle is selected: "All results have been returned. The camera does not support searching videos that contain human or vehicle" or in iVMS4200...

Ok sorry, understood the issue. Sometimes, as you may have already seen, the green detection rectangle, increase and decrease size according to target movement. Possibly the squirrel moved fast when this was closer to the region, the rectangle touched or passed more than 35% inside your region...

Everything that moves is Detected. Either as Motion if set so or Smart Event if set so. Everything should be "recorded" - marked, if Dual VCA is enabled in camera settings and Record VCA Data is enabled on NVR settings. All above "records" - markers, should be found if you use the By Rule smart...

As I can see the Human check box is selected so that's why the deer was not recorded as Event. This is also possible that the squirel was by mistake recognized as Human but also seems out of the region. Can't think something about that except if this area is selected by another kind of Smart...

@Tomasz Hi. What is the configuration about those areas with animals and the other with the cars. Many things could be the cause. The target size min/max, the loitering time of the target in the area(Thresholds) the Alarm Validity ....

I did so... It seems OK but have not tried yet the combination with v5.7.18 for ColorVU We are entering the 14th week with the best of the best firmwares for ColorVUs :-) :-)
