Hi JB1970 Are you a Hik installer if I was to extract the XML file would you be able to send to HIK on my behalf for a set fee of course.

If I reflash the firmware will it put it back to default user account. Tried looking on the website for firmware but couldn't determine from the part number above which one I'd need.
