    Hi Dan, I'll format the disks and see what happens, the disks have been installed in the NVR for more than a year. I can view recordings from my iPhone using the Hik connect App without a problem. I'll let you know the outcome.

    Hi, I will try running IE with admin rights. The latest version of Edge plays live video from my NVR without any problems so far, all my cameras are Hikvision though.

    Hi, I have a DS-7616NI-K2 NVR with the cameras set for continuous recording. When I try and playback from a camera on my PC web browser I get the message 'No file found' however I can play back any of my cameras recordings on my iPhone using the Hik connect App. NVR firmware is 4.40.015 Any ideas?

    I have separate 2.4 & 5.0 wifi networks. I gave each network it's own name, i.e. home 2.4 or home 5.0. Just go into your phone settings adjust setup up the phone so it will only connect to the 5.0 Ghz network.

    Hi, the firmware is 2.10.18 from clarecontrols.com. They are an American company that sell a rebadged Hikvision Door Bell. The firmware was provided by the support dept of Broadband Buyer. :)
