The output you need is solved by pressing Away Arm on keyfob, and assigning Key I to do StayArm So you can select zone which will be bypassed by StayArm. It will act as indoor zone and it will not be triggered. If AwayArm then it will be triggered.

Only possible way would be to connect to DVR that supports 5MP or TVI tester device. You may try changing from TVI to AHD if theres a switch button on camera. 5s long press and you will hear click.

NVRs arent design to cover more than 2 monitors really. It kills cpu of nvr to handle normal flow. To handle multiple monitors there is a thing called decoder.
