The first thing you could do, is to update your NVR firmware. Can't find this model, possibly because this is EOL, but you can possibly find the latest here which seems to be V4.61.030 Build240123. Maybe JB1970 can help you with that and also take care of not blacklisting your NVR on HikConnect...
