Hi thanks was able to reset the cameras with IP Tool " Software Search - Genie Products " but still have an issue that the default username (admin) and password (123456) are not working, Genie tech support advised they only use admin / admin and admin / 123456 will keep looking to invested now

Hi, I bought some second hand cameras model: genie woip4ebaf5 and cant set up as they need resetting any body know how to reset them I have opened them and cant see a reset button. SADP not picking them up and have found IP with wireshark password unknown.
