Hello, i just installed a DS-7600 hikvision nvr system with 8MP turret cameras and i set up the remote and wifi viewing on my phone but cannot set it up on my wifes iphone, i keep getting this error. does anyone know how to fix this? would really appreciate some help on how to set up remote viewing.
