    HikConnnect says wrong password and or username

    I have 3 Hikvision cameras, and was previously able to view all 3 camera footage from or with the HikConnect app. Just recently the app says that one of my camera is offline. I then edited the username and password to what it always has been, but when I try to save it, I get the same message...
