Fixed thumbnail issue for me, now showing instead of bell.

Hi Guys I can't get hik-connect to load on internet explorer. Ip address of camera loads fine and hik connect loads on mobile and on pc using chrome. I should add its ie8 lol. Cant seem to figure it out. Just says internet explorer cannot display web page.
