Yes, firefox and chrome work without any plugin. But sub-stream is more important.

Also the problem with endless false motion detection using NVR still not solved. The last working camera firmware without problem is 5.5.4 See main thread here (it is closed for some reason) - Latest HikVision Firmware for EasyIP 3.0 Cameras - new V5.5.51 (G1 Series cameras)

I've tested using connected NVR 7608-K2 (latest firmware STD_V3.4.101_180904) and it says camera doesn't support sub-stream. If logging to camera directly sub-stream works fine.

Sub-stream is not working with this firmware. Tested on DS-2CD2185FWD-I(S)
