We use newest version IVMS-4200. We encounter with same error while we watch old recorded files and remote playback on internet. We didnt get error at iOS nor Androids cellphones. (Also we use Hik-connect on phones.) We didnt try at local network. Notes : No. We dont use any ezviz hardware...
