Thank you for getting into the detail on that. I had changed my exp settings for all cams by the NVR gui (M2 8p on v4) hence my interest in this. I'll check cam settings but don't have any G3s so should be ok. Cheers

Interesting JB. Is this a V5 software bug or in 4 aswell.

Update on this for anybody who has the same concern. This seems to have been resolved with one of the version 5 software upgrades. Was tested unconfirmed by members on this forum. Sorry I cannot link to the post.

Wow. Thank you for letting me know. Before I plunge for the five upgrade if you have time would you be able to summarise what the main outstanding issues are with the firmware. I don't mind having to get used to a new GUI and don't have an intercom.

Irrespective of what HIK say, you are the legal owner as you bought the house and its belongings. Getting HIK to recognise this may be another issue.
