I'm no specialist with Hikvision so probs all wrong but over the past 2 years have been managing my own set of 7 Hikv. IP cams on a 8 channel Hikv. NVR and just recently I had the same problem - not being able to access the NVR via Web using IP address whilst on my LAN.
