Hi Dan, Is this the recording settings you need? Im not sure exactly which event settings you need also? Linkage is ticked on the other detection methods but this one was un ticked? could this be a problem?

I had it set to H265+ and was working in iSpy before update, so its not that. I haven't tried on remote pc yet but id say it will get signal when switched to 264. Switching to H 264 still didn't do anything with my local pc with Onvif Device Manager though.

Yes there is an NVR, but the both cams are on the LAN with the NVR. IP of working cam is 192.168.1.115 as in pic above.
