I simply opened a ticket with reolink support and they provided me with a custom firmware that now works with my hikvision nvr for motion detection.

I hope you guys found how to do it by now. But for everyone else this is what you have to do. Once you hit playback, click the camera icon in the top right corner, it automatically selects all your cameras on that screen, all you have to do is choose the date and time on that screen and hit OK...
