Back to trying to update my NVR firmware - different issue this time but easiest to post it in same thread. When I try to login to the NVR via browser I get a message saying "Network Abnormal". Pretty sure I have the correct username (admin) and password. Anyone come across this error...

hi, first time posting here. Have had my DS-7716NI-I4 / 16P(B) NVR for 4/5 years and of course because nothing ever went wrong I never upgraded the firmware. Now the NVR won't seem to display the unlock screen (pin code) when I double click the mouse. Screen just blinks once or twice and...
