Thumbnails on the Playback on the iPhone on Hik-Connect Hikvision support said I should load the browser plugin which I already did, so they are clueless too. They didn't seem interested in fixing the bug. Here you can see the playback thumbnails are blank, but notification thumbnails are fine.

I'm new to Hikvision cameras (just got mine a couple of days ago). I've been able to figure out everything except for two annoying things: I've installed the latest firmware: V5.7.18 build240826 and I have 2 iphones and 2 cameras: DS-2CD2443G2-I(W) 1. Thumbnails are empty in Hik-Connect, but...
