But you do not have the 6113 added to the hik connect app right, instead you have the indoor station added as I've done? I'm a bit lost as to what i'm missing or doing wrong, having done as advised :/

Also interesting, I made a call, answered, then under the notification tab, it doesnt show anything under call or event, the 3 dots keep cycling around and around, see attached

Yep I don't think my issue will be this, although I'll double check the port it shows in the DVR tomorrow

I did not have to set up a password for the doorbell as far as I can remember, I only set up one for the HIK Intercom Screen (Admin menu password and a SIP Registration password)

It's a DVR that I have (not a NVR) so not sure if this changes things or technically it'll function the same as we're adding it at a IP level. Where would I add it as a RSTP, as I do not remember seeing this option, will check again tomorrow. The fact it'll be on a different subnet to the DVR...
