On my OEM hikvision ear326, I am trying to connect a sensor to alarm input. The problem is, regardless if I use normally open or closed options, when I trigger the alarm and leave the circuit in the triggerred state, and linkage as notify surveillance center, my IMVS events are showing a random stopping and starting of the events, every minute at least but random time in between. Any ideas if its something wrong with the nvr or just settings issues?
I want the event to trigger (start) and not change until I physically open the circuit. Heres a screenshot of whats happening now in my Ivms event center real time page, I have alarm inputs 5 and 10 enabled, set on Normally closed, and not even a wire connected to Close, so theres no way there could be an alarm end event
