Since a big week I experience a lot of issues with the Hik-Connect App (from Belgium): lag, PTZ not working (neither zoom), very choppy and so on... On the local network everything runs smooth, even other Internet-services seem to be good (also speedtest turns a 180 Mbps down and 18 Mbps up, yes, these rates are typically belgian

I tested a lot of configs in the mainstream and substream to run smooth and let PTZ-functions work again, but no real success.
I guess I have the latest firmware for this type of PTZ, so hopefully this is not the issue. The only thing I was wondering if the server address of Hik-connect is right for belgium: litedev.eu.hik-connect.com? And why is dev.eu.hik-connect.com not working for my PTZ?
