AX PRO hikvision ax pro unbind from previous user

Hello guys! I am new here.
I have a problem i just bought a second hand ax pro hikvision alarm system and i trying to connect it.
My problem is that when i am trying to connect the device says the device is added to another account.
Is there a way to unbind this account?(i dont have any contact of previous user unfortunatly)

I have tried the sadp tool but it needs administrator password.

I appreciate any help
