I want to buy this camera model. Now I want to use it for video surveillance of the inner part of the yard and next year to move it to another location where I would record car license plates.
Does anyone have experience with the operation of this camera in working conditions, where it is necessary to identify people and monitor the environment in night working conditions.
Image quality compared to 2347G3 or other ColorVu 3.0 (G3) cameras?

This camera is not made for general video surveillance, it is made for ANPR only hence /P

This will give a nice view for plates, everything else will be black.

You don't compare this camera to G5 Platform.

In the technical documentation it is written--Shutter Time1 s to 1/100,000 s.
Exposure can be adjusted.

Yes it can be adjusted but in my own experience to capture plates reliably at night the exposure needs to be high (I use 1/2000) and with an exposure setting like that the video feed at night with no lights will show/record total black. During the day the video feed will record and show fine.

Others might have success with different settings settings and get a good video feed day and night also with successful ANPR plate capture day and night but I have not found any such settings. Of course it depends on lots of factors like where your cameras are mounted, how fast traffic is moving, artificial lights etc.
