My issue currently is I have the 6113 Hikvision doorbell with the indoor station tablet and I’ve connected the tablet to my hik connect app, however now I am unable to playback on my doorbell as I receive a message that says ‘streaming media sending or accepting signalling timed out’. Why am I unable to playback?
